PROJECT DETAILS
This site was developed to help coordinate a large group's trip to Disney World during the summer of 2008. This web site gives the group one place to go to get all of the information that they need to help them plan their trip. This information includes dates, budgeting information, accommodation information, daily agendas, etc.
This web site also includes many interactive features which give the users many reasons to frequent the site. A message board gives the group a forum to communicate with everyone. Here users can post new topics or reply to existing conversations. This message board is very straightforward and easy to use so that users of all computer knowledge can feel comfortable using it.
Other interactive features include an Updates section where new information can be posted by the main trip coordinator for all users to read, polls, rss news feeds and a trip countdown. Users can also sign up to be automatically notified via email anytime a new Update is posted.
